Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology Food Microbiology or Biotechnology.
  
• 12 years of proven experience
  
• Strong understanding of microbiology fundamentals.
  
• Proficient in food/feed microbiological analysis.
  
• Basic computer skills with excellent command of MS Excel and other office software.
  
• Ability to collect accumulate and analyze microbiological data as well as generate comprehensive reports.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in lab and production areas.
  
• Familiarity with instrument calibration and lab validation processes.
  
• Good communication skills for reporting and customer interactions.
  
• Ability to manage records and maintain accurate documentation of all lab activities.
