Job Qualifications:

• With good English communication skills;

• Knowledge of supplies equipment and or services ordering and inventory control

• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data

• Database management skills

• Ability to analyze and solve problems

• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork or reports

• Ability to receive stock and or deliver goods

• Clerical word processing and or office skills

• Working days and schedule – Tuesdays to Saturdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

• Responsible for the actual count of KCurated inventory including beginning and closing inventory; reconciles actual stock count to computergenerated reports.

• Placing in store purchases on the KCurated website.

• Releasing of KCurated orders including notifying clients on pickup details and other Customer servicerelated tasks (answering inquiries through email sms viber or whatsapp).

• Coordination of orders received via website with KCurated team

• Coordination of incoming/outgoing KCurated stocks with production and Logistics

• Packaging of KCurated items.

• Encoding of inventory both incoming and outgoing stocks.

• Unpacks and delivers goods (through courier); labels shelves or boxes.

• Performs routine clerical duties including data entry.

• Quality Control on items being lent to clients as service unit (incoming/outgoing)

• Settlement Report and Balance of Daily Sales (Credit Card transaction slips/Deposit slips reconciliation)

• Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
