Senior Principal - Data Sciences-Global Tech Services

Role & Responsibilities:

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with extensive experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions.
• Architecting & Designing Solutions: Deep expertise in architecting designing and implementing solutions both onpremises in the cloud and using hybrid models.
• AI Frameworks & Model Deployment: Mastery of the latest AI frameworks with handson experience deploying and finetuning generative models including but not limited to Transformers. Familiarity with techniques like PEFT LoRA and QLoRA among others.
• Model FineTuning & Customization: Indepth experience finetuning and customizing pretrained AI models with a solid understanding of AI patterns and best practices in data engineering and largescale data processing.
• Tools & Platforms: Proficient with a wide range of AI/ML tools and platforms including (but not limited to) Amazon SageMaker Azure ML Studio Azure Data Lake Google BigQuery AWS S3 Databricks and Snowflake.
• Programming Skills: Advanced programming skills in Python with the ability to analyze complex AI scenarios and provide strategic recommendations using Pythonbased services.

Candidate Profile

Post Graduates with 15 Years experience GenAI/ AI/ ML / Architecting / Consulting/ latest AI frameworks with handson experience in deploying and finetuning a variety of generative models including

Required Skills:

• AI & ML Tools: Handson experience with Databricks MLFlow and various data science platforms.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML at the Architect/Lead level
