The Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) Presales Architect will play a crucial role in the sales/presales process; collaborating closely with sales and customer teams to identify the GAP in terms of people, process, technology, data and quantify the plant challenge in terms of financial impact.
As the Pre-sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with prospective clients, both in-person and virtually and perform discovery to identify the major problem to identify the financial impact in terms of production, maintenance and operation cost, safety and environment and reputation.
• Collaborating with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) and ARMS consulting services products and services.
• Conducting thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.
• Delivering engaging and informative demonstrations of Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions and ARMS Engineering services offering to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
• Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Cordant Asset Performance Management (APM) and Engineering services offering.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including solution architects, product development, engineering services, integration consultant and implementation consultants, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
