Company Overview:
At Taameer we are dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive you will be responsible for helping clients buy sell and rent properties while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Job Description:
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and generating new leads through various channels (e.g. networking referrals online platforms).
  • Assisting clients in buying selling and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conducting property viewings and meetings with clients ensuring they are informed about market trends and property options.
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating contract signing ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Keeping uptodate with market trends and local real estate laws.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license (where required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of motivation selfconfidence and a desire to achieve results.
