About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our MERLA & Knowledge Management team for a temporary parental leave coverage. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our data and information management infrastructure contributing to AI applications and assisting with onsite data analysis equipment.
Tasks
Data Analysis and Visualization
- Conduct data analysis and create visualizations using Power BI and RShiny
- Maintain and ensure functionality of existing reports and data models
- Update data models and reports with new datasets
- Develop new reports and data models for output (APOM) and outcome (SCOM) data
Generative AI Applications
- Collaborate on developing generative AI tools including model finetuning chatbots and prompt engineering
- Contribute to the analysis and access of data within MERLA systems and beyond
- OnPremises Data Analysis Infrastructure
- Assemble and maintain a dedicated onsite computer for data analysis and AI applications
- Ensure functionality and remote accessibility for MERLA team members
Requirements
- Knowledge in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools particularly Power BI and RShiny
- Experience with R programming and scripting
- Familiarity with AI concepts and applications especially in data analysis
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
