To carry out monthly valuations of work inprogress, including forecasting of final costs andsales.
Prepare and monitor project cashflowforecasts.
Measure, value, submit and negotiatecontract variations.
Provide advice to projectstaff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing anddrafting of correspondence.
Prepare submit andnegotiate project final accounts.
Commercialvetting of sub contractor tenders andcontracts.
Certification of subcontractor monthlyvaluations and final accounts.
Ensure thatbusiness commercial processes are adhered to at projectlevel.
Assist in preparation and adherence toproject purchasing targeting and costingbudgets.
Manage and produce accurate formalreports in accordance with businesstimetabl
