Required Experience: 5 to 7 years
New requirement Male/Female ok. She prefers candidates from Healthcare Industry (Not mandate).
We can share IT recruiters as well.
She wanted us to share profiles in the range of current CTC upto 5 LPA.
Offer can go up to 6 LPA. not beyond this.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Identify source and recruit top talent within the software industry
utilizing various recruitment channels including job portals social media networking
and employee referrals.
• EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job
requirements to onboarding successful candidates.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to assess
candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience of 5 years in HR recruitment particularly in the software/IT
industry.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and software industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling data management tasks.
• Highly energetic selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• A gogetter attitude with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
