Job Summary

As a Senior Talent Partner youll work closely with the TA or founding teams of one of our rapidly expanding partners to meet their hiring goals through a datadriven and agile methodology. By deeply integrating into our partner s culture youll craft an effective recruitment strategy and consistently deliver exceptional results across all recruitment activities.


What will you be doing
  • Executing strategic recruiting plans to ensure that our partner attracts and hires top talent.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs.
  • Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Posting jobs sourcing and screening candidates conducting interviews negotiating and assisting in the selection and offer stages.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for hiring process optimization.
  • Tracking recruiting metrics to report on performance and progress.
  • Providing advice on employer branding and optimal positioning.


Requirements

Youre a perfect match if you have
  • 5 years of endtoend recruitment experience preferably at startups.
  • Experience hiring nontech Saudi talents in the Saudi market.
  • Based in Egypt.
  • Proven success in sourcing attracting and hiring a diverse array of roles spanning business and tech.
  • Experience managing hiring managers stalkholders and recruitment teams positively.
  • Strong in presenting data to hiring managers and you re full of ideas on how to optimize hiring processes.
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATSs.
  • Excellent communicator and active listener and a strong work ethic.
  • Has a trackrecord of working on multiple approaches of employer branding and taking advantage of being a brand ambassador to attract and hire the best talent.
  • You re fluent in English
