سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيNOK Human Capital is hiring a talented Senior Recruitment Specialist for a well known Business and services consultancy specialized in PWD Services located in Maadi.
Job Description:
Handle the external PWDs recruitment and selection cycle by:
Reviewing and verifying selection requirements and criteria.
Sourcing attracting and shortlisting applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Designing interview questions evaluation methods and scripts that reflect each positions requirements.
Interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for our programs and customers.
Communicating employer benefits and policies or program details and all relevant information during screening process.
Adding candidates status on the PwDs Tracking Database.
Liaising with customers and stakeholders to communicate interviews feedback assessments results and shortlists.
Performing reference and background checks.
Maintaining records of all materials used for recruitment including interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
Propose and participate in initiatives aiming to utilize grow and maintain our extensive PwDs network.
Participate in preparing for and attending job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Supervise process of follow up reviews with Customers as well as hired PwDs to gather feedback evaluate the recruitment efforts and take corrective actions in consultation with the HR & Inclusion Manager as required.
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships through contact follow up sending updates and gathering feedback to meet their needs and maximize their satisfaction.
Advise clients regarding accommodations for PwDs (Assistive tools).
Submit relevant recruitment and selection reports to HR & Inclusion Manager as required.
Develop and implement comprehensive development plans for direct subordinates
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from any discipline and additional postgraduate certification is preferred
HR Postgraduate Certification is an asset
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR.
Good knowledge of Recruitment Fundamentals Egyptian Labour Law and Rights of PwDs Law.
Knowledge of disability ethics and inclusive interviewing techniques and strategies.
