Recruitment Coordinator

• Understand the exact needs of clients for each position.
• Archive CVs on database refresh candidate information regularly upload any CVs through Manatal and communicate progress to Senior Recruiter.
• Assist the team with identifying and sourcing suitable candidates from Manatal by reviewing CVs for various job openings. Screen CVs conduct phone screening & create shortlists of candidates who match clients requirements for entry levels.
• Editing CVs of the shortlisted candidates send it to the account holder to be sent to the client.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews send interview invitations follow up based on guidance received from Seniors.
• Provide feedback to candidates based on Seniors guidance.
• Attend job fairs whenever applicable.
• Post jobs on social media platforms and job boards.
• Monitor the Recruitment and CV emails inbox and download the CVs to be uploaded through Manatal.
• Download CVs from our Linkedin accounts to be uploaded through Manatal and reply to messages.
• Working on the new linkedin accounts and building strong networks.
• Contacting universities and other institutes to try to get the CVs and contacts of the candidates.
• Reply to all our social media accounts messages.

• Providing general administrative support to the recruiting team if needed.
