Job Summary: As a Recruitment Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for our clients. You will work closely with our team of recruiters to ensure that we are meeting our clients staffing needs and providing them with the best candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process for our clients including job postings candidate screening and interviews Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with suitable candidates Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services Train and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing highquality service to clients Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes Handle any escalations from clients or candidates in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments such as HR and marketing to ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients and candidates Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential clients and candidates. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting recruitment targets Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
