Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated EntryLevel Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in talent acquisition and are passionate about learning the recruitment process from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards social media and other channels.

Resume Screening: Review and assess resumes to match candidates with the appropriate job opportunities.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates providing updates and information throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings: Create and post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database ensuring accuracy and organization.

Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team including preparing offer letters and handling onboarding paperwork.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
