Market Research: Analyzing global markets to identify opportunities for expansion.
Client Acquisition: Developing strategies to attract and engage potential international clients or partners.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international clients partners and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Networking: Attending international events conferences and networking opportunities to promote the organization.
Proposal Development: Writing and presenting proposals to potential clients or partners.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing sales and other departments to align strategies and achieve goals.
Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry preferably with a focus on international markets.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with job boards LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics.
