The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a highly talented and energetic selfmotivated student with the ability to resolve events incidents and support issues who is a team player and has the ability to escalate issues to other specialized teams and partners IT Undergraduate Intern.
The Position:
The IT Undergraduate intern will provide support to the IT Regional Officer.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical support to users and computers.
- Technical support for conferences and meetings.
- Africa and Asia Equipment and Services Inventory Update.
- Enlisting staff in AD SelfService system.
- Any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in bachelor s degree in information technology Business Information Technology Information systems Computer science or equivalent in a recognized University in Kenya.
- Knowledge in Windows and Office 365 operating system support.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Support with Windows users and network infrastructure Office 365 Services web conferencing
- Good command of English language and communication skills;
- Good report writing skills;
- Should have a flexible study schedule.
