Job Title: Business Digital Adoption Representative Intern
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Job Description:
Promote the Business SelfService portal to attract new signups and drive engagement among existing clients including outreach through email and addressing any questions or concerns.
Recommend the use of the Business SelfService portal to existing customers to help them manage invoicing payments and error resolution.
Escalate complex SelfService portal issues and questions to managers when necessary.
Compile digital adoption and Voice of the Customer (VOC) reports using data gathered during customer interactions.
Actively listen to customers concerns issues and questions and provide effective resolutions.
Address customer complaints calmly and maintain a positive attitude ensuring highquality customer service.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent verbal communication abilities.
5. Familiarity with Genysis software for customer engagement and data collection.
6. Knowledge of Business products and market dynamics.
7. Proficient in professional written and verbal communication.
8. Computer literacy numerical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
9. Previous frontline customer service experience is required.
