Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading international home furnishings retailer you will be the first point of contact for customers and a vital brand representative. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers through various remote channels providing product information addressing delivery issues troubleshooting accountrelated problems and ensuring accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining detailed records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your role as a Customer Support Advisor.

Requirements:

• Native Norwegian speaker
• B2/C1 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
