Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java programming language regulatory technology (RegTech) JSON API development and business intelligence (BI). This role is integral to driving our technology initiatives forward and ensuring our solutions are both effective and compliant with industry standards. We offer flexible engagement options including fulltime contract or freelance arrangements.
Tasks
Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable and secure APIs.
Implement and manage RegTech solutions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Utilize JSON for data interchange between systems ensuring efficient and reliable data processing.
Develop and integrate BI tools to enhance data analytics and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring high performance and reliability of systems.
Stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a senior or lead developer role.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language (knowledge of Python or JavaScript will be an advantage)
Demonstrated experience with RegTech solutions JSON API development and BI integration.
Strong portfolio of completed projects showcasing technical expertise and problemsolving capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
