General Requirements
• Maintain a warm andfriendly demeanor at all times.
• Must be ableto effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levelof employees and guests in an attentive friendly courteous andservice oriented manner.
• Must be effective atlistening to understanding and clarifying concerns raised byemployees and guests.
• Must be able tomultitask and prioritize departmental functions to meetdeadlines.
• Approach all encounters withguests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous andserviceoriented manner.
• Attend all hotelrequired meetings and trainings.
• Participatein M.O.D. coverage as required.
• Maintainregular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotels &Resorts Standards as required by scheduling which will varyaccording to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintainhigh standards of personal appearance and grooming which includewearing nametags.
• Comply with Wyndham Hotels& Resorts Standards and regulations to encourage safe andefficient hotel operations.
• Maximize effortstowards productivity identify problem areas and assist inimplementing solutions.
• Must be effective inhandling problems including anticipating preventing identifying andsolving problems as necessary.
• Must be ableto understand and evaluate complex information data etc. fromvarious sources to meet appropriate objectives.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality ofinformation.
• Perform other duties asrequested by management.
