We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Business Administration Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for handson experience in various aspects of business administration including operations project management and process improvement. The intern will work closely with different departments gaining insight into the daytoday operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings preparing documents and maintaining records.

Project Management: Support project managers in planning executing and monitoring projects. Help with tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Data Analysis: Conduct research and compile data for reports. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and support the implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency.

Customer Service: Interact with clients and customers to address inquiries resolve issues and provide general support.

Documentation: Help in preparing organizing and updating business documents including reports presentations and spreadsheets.

Financial Assistance: Assist with budgeting invoicing and financial reporting tasks as required.

CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing HR and Finance to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Learning & Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance business acumen and professional skills.



Requirements

Education: a degree in Business Administration Engineering Management Finance or a related field.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

problem solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience: Prior internship or work experience in a business environment is a plus but not required.
