Company Overview:
Gigalabs is seeking a detailoriented Accounts and Sales Executive with strong expertise in Excel to join our team. This role involves managing data generating reports and supporting both the accounts and sales departments with accurate data insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Organise and maintain sales and accounts data in Excel spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Report Generation: Develop and generate reports to track sales performance account status and other key metrics using Excels advanced features like pivot tables and formulas.
- Account Management Support: Assist in managing accounts ensuring all financial data is uptodate and accurately recorded.
- Sales Support: Provide datadriven insights to the sales team helping to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Communication: Effectively communicate data insights and reports to both the accounts and sales teams ensuring that information is clearly understood and actionable.
- Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations based on data analysis to support decisionmaking processes within the company.
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve data management and reporting processes within the sales and accounts departments.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel: Advanced skills in Excel including experience with pivot tables VLOOKUP charts and complex formulas.
- Experience in Accounts and Sales: Familiarity with accounting principles and sales processes is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
- DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Presentation Skills: Capable of creating and delivering compelling presentations based on data findings.
