Job Description

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards social media networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings schedule interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates qualifications.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms ensuring they are accurate engaging and aligned with our employer branding.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and candidate quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
