Job Description
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards social media networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings schedule interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates qualifications.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms ensuring they are accurate engaging and aligned with our employer branding.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and candidate quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
