Job Description
- Maintain and update financial records for clients using accounting software.
- Prepare review and file individual and business tax returns.
- Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes.
- Generate financial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile accounts bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal tax regulations.
- Assist with audits and tax inquiries from regulatory agencies.
- Train and support junior accounting staff.
