Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detailoriented possesses excellent communication skills and has a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Update and maintain sales documentation and customer records.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments.
• Coordinate meetings conferences and calls between sales team members and clients.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
• 1 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.

Job Type: Fulltime
