Clinical Recruiter requires:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. Experience
- 3 years Experience in Human Resources required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a highvolume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.
- Clinical recruitment experience.
Clinical Recruiter duties:
- Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
- Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
