Clinical Recruiter needs 4 years corporate environment experience

Clinical Recruiter requires:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. Experience
• 3 years Experience in Human Resources required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a highvolume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.
• Clinical recruitment experience.

Clinical Recruiter duties:

• Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
• Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
