Senior Backend Engineer

Tasks

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python for streamlined sports turf management processes.
• Design and implement highperformance APIs seamlessly connecting with various frontend systems and external services.
• Orchestrate microservices infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate proactively with our diverse team shaping system and functionality requirements.
• Engage in creative problemsolving with the technical support team to address field challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field with a focus on software development.
• 5 years of proven experience as a backend developer with proficiency in Python.
• Track record of working with Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate scalable reliable services.
• Experience in designing developing and deploying RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Bonus: Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills a plus.
• Passion about sports in general and especially football considered an advantage
