Our goal is for every company in Europe to invest in secure transparent and local nature projects through their green account!
Were looking for a Data Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on data pipelines and maps who is ready to drive our mission of building Europes leading nature trading platform to unlock nature restoration at scale.
We offer you the unique opportunity to work in a strong startup team of 10 people and to collaborate with the CTO to build the tech foundation.

Tasks
- Extract transform and refine data often GIS related to enhance our projects.
- Establish the groundwork for our data pipelines and select the right tools with us.
- Design models that bring up new insights like forecasts of ecosystem services hotspots etc.
- Bring data in shapes that serves maps visualisations frontends and integrations.
- Collaborate with the full team with all relevant stake.
Requirements
- Experience with Python Postgres
- Experiences with GIS tools like PostGIS or QGIS (or willing to learn)
- Able to setup basic data related DevOps work (deployment monitoring) on your own
- Willing to pick up topics build things experiment and refine
- Regardless of your experience level were looking for someone whos eager to take the ownership to build our data pipeline setup.
- German skills are a plus
