Your typical day: As a representative of the brand you will be expected to deliver highquality customer service mainly through email and chat support (9095%) and inbound phone calls (510%).
It is all about communication: The Customer Care department is the primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us. As a Customer Support Assistant you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.
