Role Responsibilities:
- Address and log customer inquiries through phone email and online chat.
- Maintain accurate data of customer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
- Manage and escalate client complaints following company policy.
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed SLAs ensuring they are logged correctly.
- Troubleshoot using open questions support documents and system training.
- Provide solutions to common issues and frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Native or fluent in the required language
- Proficient in English (B2 level)
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal
- EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card (Visa sponsorship is not provided)
