Mediatool is a leading SaaS platform providing marketers with comprehensive oversight and realtime control of their marketing activities. We are embarking on a project for a top 5 global advertiser a significant implementation initiative that will enhance our product and market presence.
Role Overview
The Junior CSM will support the Customer Success Manager in managing and coordinating the largest client onboarding of the company during the initial stages of this extensive 4year program. This role focuses on the first 6 months of product upgrade and subsequent rollout to dozens of markets and thousands of users after two pilots. The Junior CSM will be the acting PMO and will assist in ensuring that the project is set up for success working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support Assist in the setup and initial phases of the onboarding project helping to develop and maintain project plans schedules and status reports while coordinating activities across teams.
Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular status updates for both internal and external stakeholders ensuring all records are current and accessible.
Communication Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders assist in organizing project meetings and act as a liaison between the Project Director and other team members.
Risk Management Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and assist in developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Travel Requirements Travel to Paris twice a month for meetings with the Country Manager clients and stakeholders with additional travel as needed.
Qualifications
36 years of project management or PMO experience preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Experience in supporting largescale projects and crossfunctional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
