Job Description

About Mediatool

Mediatool is a leading SaaS platform providing marketers with comprehensive oversight and realtime control of their marketing activities. We are embarking on a project for a top 5 global advertiser a significant implementation initiative that will enhance our product and market presence.

Role overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Mediatools largest client onboarding from the start of this extensive 4year program. This role focuses on the first 6 months of product upgrade and subsequent rollout to dozens ofmarkets and thousands ofusers after two pilots. The Customer Success Manager will ensure that the project is set up for success working closely with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead the setup and initial phases of the onboarding project.
  • Coordinate with the Product team Customer Success team and other relevant departments to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Global Customer Solutions Lead to manage the project team.
  • Provide direction and support to the Project PMO and other team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Client Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for the client during the initial phases of the project.
  • Ensure client requirements and expectations are understood and met.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

Qualifications

  • 58 years of project management experience preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record in managing largescale projects and crossfunctional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a project team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
