Senior Graphic Designer

Produce the design and artwork for websites social media. GIF and online banners.

Translate product positioning existing research and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.

Attending creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects/marketing strategies & creating mood boards.

Manage and produce digital design work including banner sizing and versioning.

Work with the creative team to conceptualize creatives based on strategic goals.

Accurately scope and estimate personal time

to meet creative project requirements.

Understand and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.

Create assets that follow the creative brief concepts and adhere to good visual design practices.

Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Keeping uptodate with industry

Requirements

Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign.

experience 3 as a graphic designer.

Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Familiar with both online/digital graphic design and offline/printing design standards.

Team player and responsive.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional qualifications in video editing and animation is a plus.

Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Minimum of 4 years of experience Accuracy and attention to detail An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines Ability to make evaluative judgments Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Passion, Integrity, and Energy
