Sales Manager DST (Home Loans)

Overview:

The Sales Manager DST (Home Loans) plays a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and revenue growth for the organizations home loan products. They are responsible for leading and managing a team of direct selling agents to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships within the designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the companys sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Manage and lead a team of direct selling agents to drive performance and ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including builders developers and channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team including training mentoring and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional strategies and maximize brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and establish sales targets for the team to drive productivity and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the sales operations.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve any salesrelated issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management particularly in the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and lead a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of home loan products market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sales planning forecasting and budgeting to drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to home loan sales.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close highvalue deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience in utilizing CRM systems and sales management tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment while maintaining a customercentric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales data and performance metrics to drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Certifications in sales or managementrelated disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as required.
