Snoonu is seeking a passionate and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues through multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
