As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues through multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
