As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring that all communications with patients and healthcare professionals are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our contact center meets performance targets. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the contact center - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor and yze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally - Develop and implement quality urance processes to ensure consistent service standards - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication ss - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Reliable and pionate about delivering exceptional customer service - People management ss and emotional intelligence - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Knowledge of contact center technologies and best practices Benefits: - Parental leave - Medical coverage - Vision insurance Working environment: We offer a flexible environment that adapts to change with speed and efficiency.
