Role Overview:

As a Spanish Content Moderator your mission is to ensure a safe platform where all content adheres to community guidelines. You will analyze and moderate content posted on social media including videos comments user appeals and cover/title images to determine if they violate any policies. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent content moderation services and ensuring that all platform compliance regulations are followed. Your work will focus on the Spanish market helping to build a better user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Examine videos audio comments links and usergenerated content to determine if they comply with community guidelines. Tag and address content that violates rules to maintain a safe environment for all users.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all content including cover images and titles aligns with platform policies and guidelines.
• User Engagement: Address user appeals and concerns related to content moderation providing support and clarity as needed.
• Compliance Assurance: Work closely with your team to uphold platform compliance regulations and contribute to a consistent and effective moderation process.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and adjust moderation practices accordingly.
• Feedback and Improvement: Offer constructive feedback on content moderation processes and collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies and tools.

Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker
• B2 proficiency in English
• Portuguese Residency Card or EU Citizenship
