      We are looking for candidates with experience in the ebook industry!

      As the market competition intensifies there is a growing need for service differentiation and faster growth.

      We are seeking individuals who can drive various operations sales negotiations and service improvements at a rapid pace.

      Your primary mission upon joining us is to maximize sales through external distribution channels to achieve the overall service sales targets. As a newly established organization we recognize the need to implement effective strategies in the fiercely competitive digital market and expand the content offerings.

      Drawing upon your past experiences you will address team challenges such as operational review and business process optimization. You will build relationships with various publishing houses and distribution companies propose new initiatives and drive them forward. Utilizing BI tools you will conduct detailed analysis of service sales develop strategic plans based on the analysis results and create proposals for promotional activities to present to partner publishing houses. Subsequently you will determine the operational details of approved proposals and ensure smooth progress of operations leading up to the release dates.

      In coordinating initiatives campaigns and projects you will collaborate with other departments such as development design and direction teams requiring excellent communication skills. We expect you to drive projects consistently from start to finish by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders based on your own experiences and insights.

      • Introduce new content and strengthen partnerships with trading partners
      • Streamline and optimize examination/delivery operations for efficiency

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment type: Full time

    Location: Kanda Neribeicho Chiyodaku Tokyo

    • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
    • There will be no relocation.

    Annual Salary:JPY

    • Based on experience ability and previous work experience
      • Pay raise opportunity once a year (April)
