Job Overview
As an Ecommerce Account Executive you will manage daytoday operations on both Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include optimizing product listings driving sales growth and ensuring smooth operations across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
- Listing Optimization: Assist in creating and optimizing product listings for improved visibility on both platforms ensuring SEOfriendly titles descriptions and images.
- Product Inventory & Fulfilment: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstocking and coordinate timely fulfilment through FBA and WFS.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as Buy Box percentage and sales velocity while analysing reports to identify growth opportunities.
Advertising & Promotions
- Amazon & Walmart Advertising: Support the execution of PPC campaigns and manage budgets to optimize ad performance for better ROI.
- Promotions & Deals: Help plan and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Compliance & Brand Protection
- Platform Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon and Walmarts policies resolving operational challenges as they arise.
- Brand Protection: Monitor for unauthorized sellers or counterfeit products to maintain brand integrity.
Customer Service & Support
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve orderrelated issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Review Management: Monitor customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Sales & Inventory Reports: Assist in creating performance reports that provide insights into product performance.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on pricing trends and identify product opportunities within both marketplaces.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.
- Basic understanding of listing advertising and fulfilment processes on both platforms.
- Familiarity with PPC advertising and ability to assist in campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report creation.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail for optimizing listings.
