Job Description
This is a fulltime Sales Manager role based in Lakewood CO.
$7090K base salary benefits uncapped commission!
The sales manager is responsible for leading a top team of sales professionals and driving business growth through affective sales strategies and relationship management. and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
There are 5 Outside Sales and 5 Inside Salespeople If you are a resultsdriven individual whos passion is for sales and leadership
With over 15 years of industry experience my client is in the Window and siding business with a strong commitment to the best business practices achieve the highest standards in the window and door industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirements
Must have extensive sales management experience.
Must have experience leading teams in the windows and doors industry.
You must be able to commute daily to Lakewood CO or be willing to relocate there.
Benefits
Base salary full benefits uncapped commission!
Must have proven experience building and leading sales teams within the windows and doors industry.
Education
A degree is preferred but not required.
