Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 35 years in sales roles at food distribution companies like Sakthi Masala Aachi Masala Everest Masala or similar organizations.
- Skills:
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food distribution network particularly in spices millets and coldpressed oils.
- Negotiation & Evaluation: Proven ability to assess potential distributors/wholesalers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch products and build relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales planning execution and reporting skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams like marketing supply chain and operations to ensure smooth execution of distribution plans.
- Proficiency in Local Language: Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English is essential to interact with local distributors and merchants.
