Job Summary

We are seeking a customerfocused individual with a strong background in the LED lighting manufacturing industry to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of domestic freight and logistics. This role requires a proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone email and chat.
  • Manage customer inquiries orders and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders returns and exchanges accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate domestic freight and logistics including shipment scheduling tracking and resolution of shipping issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to appropriate departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of number years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong background in the LED lighting manufacturing industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of domestic freight and logistics processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of [number] years of experience in the commercial and industrial lighting industry. Proven track record in product management and marketing within the LED lighting sector. Strong understanding of the US commercial and industrial lighting market, including customer segments, buying behaviors, and distribution channels. In-depth knowledge of DLC QPL database and utility rebate programs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
