Position: Service Technician
Our client a leading company in the material handling industry is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team in Carroll OH. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for providing topnotch technical support and assistance to clients in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation maintenance and repair services for specific equipment/systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
Keep accurate records of service calls repairs and maintenance performed
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Stay uptodate with industry advancements and attend training sessions as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of specific equipment/systems
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
