Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a JDE Consultant to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP software and a strong understanding of business processes. This role will involve working closely with our clients to implement and support JDE solutions as well as providing training and support to endusers.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide JDE solutions to meet their requirements

Implement and customize JDE software to fit the specific needs of each client

Provide training and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption and usage of the JDE system

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation or postimplementation process

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of JDE with other business systems

Stay uptodate with JDE updates and new features and provide recommendations for improvement to clients

Assist with project management tasks such as creating project plans and tracking progress as needed

Act as a subject matter expert on JDE and provide guidance and support to other team members

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with JDE ERP software

Strong understanding of business processes and experience with implementing JDE solutions for various industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders

Proven experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
