Job Description
The Work/Responsibilities:
- Work with the Deployment and Support Team to define solution handover requirements
- Assess readiness for solution acceptance; accept solution transition
- Investigate and recommend custom or packaged software solutions that support business needs
- Report requirements and enhancements (integration)
- Operate support and maintain the solution per the Service Level Agreement
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any ITrelated courses
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in PeopleSoft Development; business and applications knowledge
- Technical knowledge in Peoplecode SQR PeopleTools PS/Query Application Engine Integration Broker App Package BIPublisher nVision and queries
- Experience in working directly with clients and onshore counterparts
- Good interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication
- Able to work under pressure without any supervision and a good team player
