Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage office files documents and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Draft and proofread emails and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences.
- Track and prioritize tasks assigned by the executive.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Handle personal tasks and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
- Manage inquiries and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
