- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing
- Strong grasp of SEO growth strategies with proven optimisation experience
- Understanding of paywall technology
- Knowledge on growing subscription user base
- Design, strategise, post and build social media presence - including social listening and community management
- Ability to strategise and execute conversion-driven campaigns, and offers.
- Measure and report on social media and website performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, keywords that can be targeted to increase website traffic
- Plan, execute, and measure conversion strategies/tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience and website performance
- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and drive website on-site performance optimisation
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints to optimise the buyers journey, marketing funnel and marketing messages at each touchpoint.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
