Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service resolving customer inquiries and issues and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls from customers addressing their inquiries concerns and providing solutions in a courteous and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems troubleshooting and implementing effective solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions issues and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- FollowUp: Conduct followup calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
