Our client a scaling CPG beauty company is scaling rapidly. Seeking our first Executive / Administrative Assistant for a full time permanent high growth opportunity.

Will support our CEO and other executives with calendaring booking travel event planning etc

Position will be remote with the exception of a few meetings in the LA area where the team comes together for f2f meetings. This person will be responsible for the coordination and event planning of these gatherings and act within an office manager capacity.
